Flanged shaft is one of the important parts in the mechanical transmission which has critical mechanical performance and structure.Flange shaft usually used for the transmission,transfer case and connected to the drive shaft between the left and right front.
Besides, Flange shaft is important in automotive driveline shaft parts, the main role is to support the drive components and pass power, exposed to alternating load in harsh working environments, also heat-treated , forging, grinding in the production process , and easy to cause a variety of defects in step. Currently, we use forging process for flange shaft, such as closed die forging, extrusion, etc., which can reduce energy consumption and improve forging surface and internal quality, so as to improve product quality, reduce product cost purposes.
