130 Tons Seamless Steel Pipes shipped to Armenia on May 23th
The month of May has undoubtedly been the most productive month for Jiuzhou Metal so far in 2024 with a number of bulk orders having been shipped out one after another! Along with the 160 tons of copper plates shipped to Vietnam on the 23rd, Tianjin Port just saw another massive shipment heading to Armenia on the same day, loaded with seamless steel pipes weighing over 130 tons.
Armenia is located between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea, bordering Turkey to the west, Georgia to the north, Azerbaijan to the east, Iran and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, an exclave of Azerbaijan, to the south, with Yerevan as its capital. Because Armenia is a landlocked country, A combination of sea and land transportation is mainly used for shipping. Generally, it is transported to Bandar Abbas Port in Iran, and then transported to Armenia. The timeliness is also slower, the whole process takes about 30 days. There is also a way to first transport it to the Port of Poti in Georgia, and then transfer it through customs to the destination in Armenia. The time limit is relatively long, about 50 days. Truck and rail are the two common ways of transportation for last-mile land transportation.

For another, taking advantage of the economy of scale and large inventory level, many Chinese manufacturers including Jiuzhou Metal can meet the production need of such items at lower costs with a relatively short lead time, which is why some Armenian buyers with limited budget and high expectations on delivery date would seek help with their order fulfillment from China instead of some nearby countries.
